Calendar's are not working correctly for users who have multiple calendars
Upgraded users from Office XP to Office 2003. Now our
users who open calendars for multiple accounts have intermittent connections to the different calendars. Sometimes they are able to open them, other times not. Nothing is consistent. All are running Office 2003 with all of the latest hotfixes from Office Update. When a calendar won't open the error message is: The calendar folder could not be found. Some calendars can open, other won't. Later, some that wouldn't open earlier all of the sudden will. Still later they can't open them again. The users have the same rights as delegates as they had before the upgrade. I have also loaded a clean machine from scratch without any updates, all new and still have the same problem, so I don't think it is the upgrade. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

Steven- have you added the user to the Email account from
the Tools menu. Edit\Change account, "More options" button (I believe) then go to Advanced tab to add that persons mailbox? -----Original Message----- Upgraded users from Office XP to Office 2003.
