generating mail merged document from a pre-defined template sample is needed

Hi,

i need to generate a document using mail merge facility of Word. I will
use automation, but i have found a lot of code that uses dynamically
generated templates for mail merging.

1) I need to open a template file
2) I will generate the data source
3) i gonna perform the mail merge

* 301659 HOWTO: Automate Microsoft Word to Perform Mail Merge from
Visual C# .NET
can't help, because it uses a template that it generated in run-time. and
unfortunately i couldn't manage to open and use the template.
* my problem is something like

the above one. However neither the question's owner nor me found a proper
sample code for this.
* This does not help me too:

Please show a proper knowledge-base or provide source code to solve the
problem described above, i have worked on this issue for 2 days and could
not get any result yet!
