Default Deleting values in a field in a table with several fields

On the On Click event of the button on your form put the following code:

DoCmd.SetWarnings False
DoCmd.RunSQL "UPDATE FrontDesk SET FrontDesk.RetailSales = Null;"
DoCmd.SetWarnings True

Hi,

I have a form for input data into a table called FrontDesk with about 25
records and four fields. One of those fields is called RetailSales. Each
week someone enters the information into this field using the form. What I
would like to do is to delete the data from this field for all records but I
don't want to delete the data in the other three fields. I would also like
to place a button on the form next to where I input this data so that they
can click the button and it will delete the data from this field. Can
someone help?

Thanks,
