Default Very Tricky Query

Hi,

I have a Bonuses Table with three Bonuses Amounts and the dates that the
bonuses came into effect

1 100 1/1/2000
2 200 1/1/2001
3 300 1/1/2002

I have another table called Employees the the names and hirdeDate of the
employees

How on earth! do I see which employees get the bonuses. In other words they
should only qualify for a bonus if they were hired before the Bonus date.

I've tried everything I can think off!

Is this even possible.

Any help greatly appreciated (its driving me mad0

Thanks

Suzanne
