Is there a keyboard shortcut in Word to activate bullets and/or numbering without having to use the mouse to click on the button on the top of the screen?

Hi Arturo,

I don't think there is an Keyboard Shortcut in Word 2003 to activate
Bullets and Numbering. Word 2003 has a much better option to Customize
keyboard shortcuts in Word. Once you customize Keyboard shortcuts you can
use those keys to activate your bullets and Numbering.

Thank you...

If you want single-level bullets you can use CTRL+SHIFT+L. This
shortcut actually applies the List Bullet paragraph style, which you
can modify if you want to. For more information, see:

How to control bullets in Microsoft Word

If you want single-level numbering there is no built-in shortcut (as
far as I know), but you can apply the List Number style. Just hold
SHIFT and click the Style box on the Formatting toolbar. Scroll down
until you see List Number in the list of styles, and click on it.

For information about outline numbering and/or numbered headings, see:

Word document
