Default Updating Links

My presentation will not update with the current files in the current folder.
It referrs to an older version, it never did this before and just started to
do it. Can I change it on the whole presentation or do I have to update link
individually?

We just had a discussion of this with another PPT user who had a
similar-sounding problem. I'm curious to know what version of PPT and Windows
you use, and whether you've gotten updates to either recently.

His problem links were to Excel files. Some links updated, some didn't.

This solved the problem:
