Default Query: Sum column with Duplicate Values

Change the table structure to this one-to-many --
AutoID - primary key
Month Name
Month Number
Cost Center
Manager

AutoID - foreign key
Team Leader
Hours

I have created a query with the following column names
Month Name
Month Number
Cost Center
Manager
Team Leader
Hours
Each manager has various team leaders. Hours are computed by Manager.
Because there are multiple entries per manager, Hours field is duplicating
for each entry. This is causing a problem when summing up the column because
there duplicate values. Hours field should be populated for each manager.
Each manger, should only have this field populated once. No matter how many
times the manager shows up in the table. Is there a way that I can update
this field so that it not duplicate value?
