Default document recovery

Hi everyone. I have a question related to document
recovery. I just saw someone else post this earlier, but
I didn't know if I should post a new question or
whatever. In any case, here is my question.

My document has been saved to floppy, and there is no copy
of it on the hard drive. I have since lost the disc and
am wondering if there is any way i can recover "fragments"
of the document or anything like that, as was mentioned in
the earlier post. Or, is there a website that would help
with this?

Thanks a lot everyone.
