Default Saving a Form as a Different Document

How do I get the form to be saved as a different document, so the user does
not save over the original blank form?

Okay, I'm sorry for lack of information. I have Word 2007, but most users
have 2003. If the user does not "Save As" can they be forced to save as a
different document?

You create the form as a template (.dotx or .dotm) instead of a document. A
new form document is then created each time, and users are forced to Save
As.
