Default I can't recieve new mail from one contact

I can't recieve new mail from one specific contact. I can recieve replys
from him but any new messages that he sends do not go through. We have
redone the address in the address book but this dod not help. Any thoughts?

Do the messages make it to your mailbox? Use a web interface and log into
your mailbox on the server. If the messages don't arrive in the mailbox,
Outlook can't download them. What type of account?
