How can I merge two distribution lists in Outlook?

I have Outlook 2003 and was able to make a new DL by adding existing DLs to it. I did this by selecting the DL from the SELECT MEMBERS option then clicking Contacts from the Show names from drop down list. Then just click on the DLs to add them to the new one. The only thing is that I have not tested this method. It looks like it would work. Can someone try this? DLs can, of course, be nested. There really is no need to expand the subsets when you include them in another DL. -- Brian Tillman |

How can I merge two distribution lists in Outlook?
If I do this, is there a way to expand the subsets? I'd like to have one
alphabetical list without having to check all the subsets. Carol "Brian Tillman" wrote: adminsecretary wrote: I have Outlook 2003 and was able to make a new DL by adding existing DLs to it.
