Default When sending email or attachments get "interface not registered"

This problem started when only sending attachments to email then today I
cannot send any emails, I get from Microsoft Office Word the message
"Interface Not Registered". What does this mean and how do you resolve it?

Click StartRun and enter

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

Click OK. Does that help?
