Default Why did I get "The operation failed. An object could not be found.

I installed Microsoft Office Edition 2003 as a trial and upgraded it with
Service Park 1 and junk email filter. I setup a new account and tested it
ok. When I clicked send/receive (my very first time), The response was The
operation failed. An object could not be found. Why? How can I fix it?
