How do I combine Saturday and Sunday on month view?

Default How do I combine Saturday and Sunday on month view?

In 2003, my monthly calendar view showed six columns with Saturday and Sunday
combined on the far right. I don't see that option in 2007. Was it removed
as an option?

Yes. It interferes with Overlay AFAIK....

Yes, that view was removed in Outlook 2007 (and 2010). They couldn't make
it work with the calendar overlay. See http://slipstick.me/2wk for a
workaround.
