Default Outlook contacts and settings

After installing a new hard drive, I attempted to
reinstall Office contacts and settings files manually (to
avoid putting corruption back on the new hard drive. I
now have some of my contacts, but the default address
book is empty and my personal settings (such as
signatures) are missing. The Help files are no help for
manually installing files that were originally setup
automatically behind the scenes. I have clicked on
everything in Outlook trying to find a way to directly
install the data, to no avail.

My question is this: how can I identify all of the
Outlook user files and where they need to go on the hard
drive. Are there user data files other than PST? Are
there locations other than Documents and Settings for
user settings? Where can I get information about the file
structure of Outlook? Thanks,

John
