Default 2007 Microsoft Office Registration Key Number

When prompted I attempted to load in the product key only to be told that the
zeros or O's are not valid numbers? What's up?
Thanks!

If you are attempting to enter the product key from the bottom of a
laptop computer or from the side/back of a desktop PC, then that is the
product key for Windows and won't work to activate Office.

I, too, experienced the same problem with product registration. I recently
purchased a Toshiba Satelite laptop that came loaded with 60 days free trial.
However, I purchased from Amazon: MS Office Home and Student 2007 version
and loaded it. When prompted for the 25 character product key, I typed in
the product key as it appears on the label of the product that I purchased
from Amazon. I received an error message that "0" and "5" are not part of
product key and it did not recognize what I had typed. Help and thanks for
your assistance in advance. Tanya

I've never seen a message that specifically states that certain characters
are not part of the product key. That doesn't mean that the message isn't
something new to Office 2007 tho.

Because you have a retail version, you can call Microsoft and get their help
with this. Assuming you are in the US:

90-day no-charge support begins on the following dates:

JoAnn, Thanks for your help. I finally found the product key and the
software seems to have accepted it. Thanks again. Tanya

It's the one you got when you purchased the suite.
