Calendar Sharing Problems - Help!

Default Try to share my calendar, says "command not availbale"

I am trying to share my calendar with someone in my "network places" the help
says "the command not available, and see program documentation about how to
use this extension". The Outlook 2000 book does not mention anything about
an extension. Is there something I should be downloading??
