Appointments
When I send an invitation to another Microsoft Outlook user (sometimes the
same version as mine, the message appears on their screen as deconstructed text, by this I mean that it looks like the data I want to send is surrounded by text that doesn't make sense. It looks almost like programming language. |

Ensure you are sending using Outlook Rich Text Format. Right click on the
addressee, select Outlook Properties, and set the sending format to use Outlook Rich Text Format. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
