Default Appointments

When I send an invitation to another Microsoft Outlook user (sometimes the
same version as mine, the message appears on their screen as deconstructed
text, by this I mean that it looks like the data I want to send is surrounded
by text that doesn't make sense. It looks almost like programming language.

Ensure you are sending using Outlook Rich Text Format. Right click on the
addressee, select Outlook Properties, and set the sending format to use
Outlook Rich Text Format.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
