Multiple users calendars in one
I am responsible for 4 other peoples calendars. These four people work
closely together and need to see all of their schedules on one calendar. Is this possible with Outlook 2003? |

Unless you are using an Exc hange server and a public calendar, no.

Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. A followup on this question: If we do have Exchange server 2000 and Public
calendar....how many simultaneous appointments can be made on the calendar? That is, if I have 12 employee's that I track on the calendar and they all have appointments for 1pm -3pm, for example, will the calendar take all 12 appointments? If not, is there a way around this issue? Thanks CTM "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Unless you are using an Exc hange server and a public calendar, no. --Â Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Have a look at the Group Schedules function - you can see many Calendars at
once this way. It's a tiny button in the toolbar - it's a face over the top of a 1 month calendar.
