Default links in email

I have just installed windows 7 after using xp .I have used office 2007 in
both, with the old windows xp, when opening my email, i could click on a link
from the sender and it would go to their web site, now with windows 7 it
won,t let me do that it says this operation has been canceled due to
restrictions on my computer. how can i change this so i can open links in
email
