Obviously this is a US thing so I cannot offer any direct help from the UK,
but see if http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm points a
way forwards.

You can put it in an EnvelopeExtra1 AutoText entry. I believe the link
Graham gave you will tell you how to do this. If not, write back and I'll
give instructions.

Thank all of you for your replies. Let me explain the
situation, as I understand it. As the Postal Certificate
must be in the upper right hand corner of the envelope,
the envelope wizard does not provide access to that part
of the envelope and each envelope has a different size I
have concluded that each envelpoe default must be
modified. I cannt locate the specific temlate for each
envelope. I.e. #10, US Legal, etc. As a matter of fact,
I cannot locate any specific envelope templates. Can you
point me in the right direction?

Thanks again.

#10 and U.S. Legal are the same. See the article to which you were referred,
which explains how to use the EnvelopeExtra AutoText entries to add the
indicia. Though personally I would create document templates for specific
envelope sizes (indeed, this is what I did when I was mailing nonprofit bulk
mail).
