Cannot Use Outlook 2007
I recently just installed Office Pro 2007. I can use all the other
applications with the exception of Outlook. Every time I attempt to open it, it says its migrating and then a pop-up occurs and says that Microsoft Exchange could not be accessed. Then it asks me if I want to retry, work offline, or cancel. No matter which one I choose, it closes. I have downloaded the Connector from Microsoft because I use Windows Live Mail. I have installed it, yet it doesn't seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

Open the Mail applet in Control Panel, remove the Exchange account you inadvertently added and add the type of account you want. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
