Default A funny thing happend when I upgraded to XP...

I recently upgraded my XP Home to XP Pro. When XP Pro was updating the already installed programs, it hung up on Publisher 2002. XP asked me to provide the installation disc, which I did. It then searched the disc for the file/s it needed and promptly told me that they didn't exist on the disc. Imagine my surprise.

Has anyone experienced this before and is there a solution for this problem without paying Microsoft any more of my hard-earned money?

Thanks for the help...

Maybe this:
Do you get an error?

PUB2002: "The Feature You Are Trying to Use Is on a CD-ROM or Other Removable Disk
That Is Not Available" Error Message When You Try to Install Publisher 2002
http://support.microsoft.com/default...roduct=pub2002

Try a detect and repair under help.
