Outlook 2007 keeps prompting for password.
Hi All,
I've IMAP setup on Outlook and everything is running fine. However recently, i noticed that a few users keep receiving prompts in Outlook to enter their password for the email setup. Sending and Receiving of emails work fine and i've tick the checkbox for Remember password. However the prompt keeps comming back. I've followed the solution (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/290684) for removing the subkey under Protected Storage System Provider but it does not solve the issue User's info : Windows XP SP2, Office 2007. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
