Default Messed up Zoom

I'm in a workbook with multiple worksheets. On one of the worksheets the
zoom appears to be messed up somehow...everything seems really big or really
small and the column and row headings (A,B,C...1,2,3...) appear quite small.
When I zoom to 100% the column headings appear normal size but the cells
appear huge. I was just given this sheet to work with and it has been
through many hands, any idea why the zoom may appear messed up or any ideas
how to fix it? It just seems unproportionate.

Thanks

As a user familiar with this one, there is an infinate number of font size,
font style, and zoom scaling combinations. Add the dynamics of cell widths
and word wrapping, it can definately be challenging to ensure text appears as
you would expect it, consistently as it does at 100%. This feature comes as
it is due to application zooming, as it is not the same as video zooming or
static content zooming which you would see in a pdf.

I'll hazard a guess.

Someone set the Zoom level to a low setting then changed the font size in
the cells.

Zoom to 100% then reset font size to 10

So is there any way to fix this?
