you can set in tables, how much column and row you want.
And you can set 5 column and 100 row..
But i think better use excel than you use table...
excel is easier than use table.

There are some nice designs if you look in Autoformat. (table | insert table
| decide the rows and columns and then click on Autoformat). You could also
add pictures of the grocery items into the cells or just text. Hope this
helps.
