Megan,
You will need to put the pdf file on a server, i.e., a website or a server location. If you don't have a website you may be able to create a location on a server by creating a "personal website" using your e-mail account. You won't actually need a website but you will need a location on the server associated with your email account. Chat with your ISP folks on how to set it up. Here is a sample link to the file, Story_of_the_Peanut.pdf: http://www.iinet.com/~osia1294/downl...the_Peanut.pdf I use this method to provide a monthly report to family members. It can be password protected if wanted. -- Don Vancouver, USA "Megan" wrote in message ... I am trying to link to a .pdf file that is saved on my computer in an e-newsletter?
