Default picture size for insert picture
Hi,
I have MS Office 2007 and import pictures (usually jpegs) into slide shows. Resizing each picture individually can be time-consuming to say the least. Is there a way to set the default picture size for insertion onto the slide so all pictures will be displayed as one size and location on the slide regardless of original size? Thanks in advance for your time and reply. |

Thanks Luc, but I was trying to avoid an additional purchase for what I hoped
was availble within PPT. Does anyone know if this can be done within PPT 2007? Thanks in advance for your time and reply. There are several options he BATCH IMPORT images into PowerPoint http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00050.htm And while you can't set a default size, you can use our free StarterSet addin to define an area into which you want to size pictures; once you've done that, you simply select the picture (or any other shape/group of shapes) and click the "hammer" button. You can set it to size the picture as large as possible within the defined area w/o distorting its shape, or to size it to the defined shape regardless. http://www.pptools.com/starterset/ ----------------------------------------- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================ Living in the Help Center at PowerPoint Live Sept 21-24, San Diego CA, USA www.pptlive.com |
