Default Office 2007 Custom File Uninstall

I've created a custom Office 2007 Standard install .MSP which includes files
and reg keys added to the package. And it installs perfectly. But the
uninstall (from ARP or setup.exe /uninstall standard) does not remove these
entries. Normally I would handle this all using Custom Actions int he MSI,
but OCT precludes that option. Am I missing something in my customization?
or does OCT not remove customizations (even though their site says it does)?
Any and all advice welcome.
