I purchase microsoft office 2007 ultimate just 5 hours ago.

So I downloaded the file and double-clicked.
But installation seems processing but soon, disappear. Can you understand?
and NOTHING happened.

so, I couldn't install microsoft office.

but , I have to use that as soon as possible for my homework.

HELP ME PLEASE!

when the window(process of installation) disappeared, there were no messages
about what happened (like ... kinds of errors?)

and I use window vista T T

When you purchase on line via presumably Digital River, did you select the
option to pay extra for the DVD - a wise move.
What version of Win? and is it updated?
Have you uninstalled any Trial version of Office & the Activation assistant
Have you cleared your temp files (disk clean up) and rebooted to try again?

Do you by any chance still have the Office Trial version installed. If you do ,then
uninstall it along with any Office components that is installed and then try your
install again,
