Default Filter not working properly

I have a table in 2007 access and for some unknown reason the filter is not
recognizing all of the stores listed. (it does not work in any supplementary
reports or queries either) And when I try to select only one criteria from
those that are showing, it does not filter anything down. Is there any way
to fix this without redoing the entire table as it is already linked to
reports, queries, etc. and I do not want to mess things up. Thanks

You say it is not working but never say what is wrong.
Is it letting all records be displayed, none, some, wrong, mixed right and
wrong, omissions with wrong, or what?
