Default Registry entry for Cached Exchange Mode

Is there one? I've tried comparing registry exports with it on and off and can't find a entry that makes sense.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I'm in the same boat. I am able to enforce it to be 'On' for NEW profiles, but 99% of my clients already have profiles from Outlook XP and as we upgrade I wanted to have Cached Mode on...i know I can't be the first person to run into this but a google search didn't even turn up anything useful...

For what it's worth, I've gone through the Custom Maintenance Wizard and that didn't seem to be able to change the setting for an existing Outlook 2003 profile either.

I broke down and called Microsoft on it. It ended up being a problem with my
Transform file.

If you go though the Custom Installation Wizard, make sure around step 18 or
so you select 'Enable Exchange Cached Mode', it's at the bottom of the page.

If you want to enable the setting on a lot of clients, go through the Custom
Maintenance Wizard and set the same thing, then either run manually or
script the .PRF file to run and it will make the change.
