Student/Teacher edition # of installs

I had installed Office 2003 Student & Teacher edition on
two desktop PCs. Then one of them crashed and I had to do
a system restore,losing everything not originally
installed on the computer.

Now, I'd like to install the program again, but also want
to install it on a new laptop. But, I only get 3 install
for the program.

How can I get an additional installation for the computer
that crashed or the laptop?

I tried emailing Microsoft but only got a phone number to
call and the computer that answered, could not help me
locate the right department to talk to a real person.

Use the telephone method for registration if you are told that it has been
installed on 3 machines already. I don't believe that the reinstall will
count against your total since its machine IDs are different.
