Default Cursor location?

I use Print Layout View. All of a sudden yesterday afternoon, when I open a
new document, the cursor is at the very top of the page even though I have a
1" top margin set. It will print correctly but it looks wierd and I want to
change it back to show the margins while I'm typing the document.
