Default organisation chart

Does anybody have any suggestions how I can create an organisation chart that
is created dynamically from content in excel cells.

The template ms offer does not suit as I have too much data to try and build
the thing manually and maintaining it would be even more onerous. I can use
excel, powerpoint, vision or access to build the solution if anybody can
indicate how i could go about it.

Thanks in advance,

Alan
