Default Double Spacing in Outlook because of Formatting Style

How do I change the Formatting Style to Normal instead of Paragraph in
Outlook (v. 2002)? Right now all of my e-mail messages are
double-spaced because of this.

Create a new message and choose Format- Style- Normal (use Outlook as the
e-mail editor for this)
