Right now I have two forms/tables in ACCESS. The first
is my working table... the second is a table I import
from HQ that says what my current seat order is. I have
a validation query that looks for the difference in the
two tables, and then brings up a form highlighting all
the differences. But the form when it comes up, brings
in both values, so I can make a choice (not all the
differences are correct, and some are in my table and
some in the table from HQ) - I then have to go back to
the orginal document and make the changes, what I would
like to do is to click on the box that has the correct
information in it and have it make the change in the
table that is needed, any suggestions on how to proceed?

I can't tell from this what exactly you mean, and I guess it's because you
haven't worked it out yet either (remember what Einstein said..).

If you can explain to yourself how you are going to make decisions, what
you need to see on the form, and where it comes from -- all in very small
steps -- then you will be well on your way.

Best I can do with this, I'm afraid.. :-)
