How can I print the background colors in the template as well as .

Whenever I print, it only prints the text that I type. I want to be able to
print everything including the background colors that appear on the screen
when I do type in the text.

If you are using the Paper Direct templates, they will never print. The templates are
built around specialty papers you have to buy.

In page setup, print tab, click Advanced print settings, Graphics and Fonts tab,
clear do not print any graphics.
In Publisher 2000 or below, this dialogue is available when you go to print.
