Clip Art and Help Problems

After working for years, Clip art use has become inoperative in all my 2002 Office programs (Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint)

The following message appears when clip art use is invoked:

Clip organizer cannot complete the operation. Class not registered. Error code 0x80040154


A second problem occurred at about the same time. HELP has become inoperative also. When the help window is employed, instead of a cursor, a double ended yellow horizontal arrow appears and will not allow the use of any help processes.
