Sending Mail Merge email in a Rich Text Format
Is there a way to change a mail merge email to be in Rich Text Format instead
of Plain Text? Many Thanks. |

I do't think so, at least not unless you can find a thrid party program to
do your e-mail. Unfortunately, a lot of the options you can set in e.g. Outlook are only applicable when you create items/e-mails etc in Outlook, and do not apply to the underlying MAPI features which is the level that Word operates at when it is mailmerging.
