Default How do I mail merge excel data to printable labels for envelop

I had the same problem. I am sure he did not propagate the labels so it
shows the merges in all labels.

Can you zip up and e-mail me the merge document via the link on my web site.
I may have a better chance of identifying what is wrong if I can see what
you have done so far.

I was mistaken in my earlier response. In each of the labels except
the 1st one, there is teh "next record" in the blank.

Have you propagated the labels so that the merge source document has
the required fields in each label and a NEXT field in all but the
first?

Graham,
I have followed those instructions and am receiving the same results
- I only get the top left corner label to have information in it.
All of the other labels on the page are blank. On the second page,
it does show the information I want (but again it is only in the top
left hand corner. Please help. Thanks

I have tried various ways to use our client list data from excel

cannot get the info to be placed on the labels.
