Default Can't see practice instructions & Microsoft Training Prgm at same

Troubleshoot practice sessions offers this advice:

"To see the program and the instructions at the same time, the window with
the instructions must be pinned on top of the program window. To do this,
press ALT+ESC until you see the window with the instructions. Then click the
Pin button at the top of the instructions".

I see no Pin button or icon at the top of the instructions.

This has nothin to do with Office. I would suggest you try to find some sort
of a link on microsoft.com or a phone number to call.
