Default At launch states need to install Outlook Express

At launch, Outlook always displays a msg stating that Outlook Express
needs to installed. It works w/o it, so it is an annoyance rather than
a show-stopper. I am reluctant to install Express for fear that what
I currently have will stop working all together.

Thanks

So how do I get rid of the error message?
Other people that are using Outlook 2000 on Vista don't report this
particular problem.
