How do I tile a Text watermark in Publisher?
I'm trying to put a watermark throughout a page in Publisher. I understand
how to create the watermark, but, not how to tile it.

How do I tile a Text watermark in Publisher?
Save the Watermark as a picture. Format, background, click More backgrounds,
