Default Unable to open shared calendars

I hope someone can help me with a rather puzzling problem....

We operate a W2K3 network with Exchange 2003 SP2 on two offices linked by a
WAN. All desktops / servers are patched up-to-date, and we are currently
using Office 2003 SP2.

All users have granted Read permissions on their Outlook calendars and are
thus able to view another's calendar, even if the other user is located in
the other office. All is working well except..... One user recently moved
to the other office. I was unable to use the Exchange "move mailbox" feature
due to network problems at the time so I had to export her mailbox to a .pst
file, delete her mailbox, then re-create her mailbox and import the pst file
into it. Since I did so, she is unable to open calendars from anyone in her
"old" office. I've tried having her open my calendar using OWA (no luck),
have granted specific permission on my calendar (no joy again) and have
started Outlook from the command line with the "cleanfreebusy" switch.
Nothing works.

The error message received is: "Outlook is unable to display the requested
folder." It looks like a permisssions issue, but no changes were made to her
user account in AD.

I'm fresh out of ideas....can anybody help?

Hi,

I'm having the exact same issue as DonDevenne had but there doesn't seem to be a solution posted here.

Differences in my network are that we are just one LAN. Also, the user who is having issues with opening the rest of the companies calendars is a user who's mailbox was deleted and then recreated, all mail was imported from a pst (which was created by exporting her mailbox when she initially left the company).

The rest of the company is able to open her shared calendar.

I have since created a new profile on a test PC for her and recreated a mail profile to test whether it was an ost issue but to no avail. I've also loaded Outlook using the "cleanfreebusy" command.

If anyone has come up with a solution I'd be happy to hear it....
