Default How did my genuine MS Office Professional 2007 become un-genuine?

I have the disks for which I paid good money right here in front of
me as I write. When I loaded it originally it went on line and it said
yes everything is hunky-dory your copy is genuine. When I allowed the
recent Service Pack -- I think it was 1 - to go on I started getting
messages to the effect that my copy is not genuine. What is going on?
Thank You,
-plh

I had the same problem and went through the process of checking as per
Microsoft's instructions which advised me to send the whole package to them
and if this was correct, I would receive a GENUINE package.

This was about 1 month ago and as yet, I have received NOTHING, not even a
response to say that it has been received.

At the moment I am using a "Trial Version" and I am having problems with it
as well!!

I am not very happy with Microsoft at the moment!!
