Default Unistall Old and Install NEW Release

I have attempted to install the latest release and the system cannot locate
'WindowsDefender[1]'. When installing, the same issue occurs. How to
procede from here? I have other workstations using this, and have not run
into this on the others.

Not an Office issue - try posting to a Windows Defender news group.
