Default Dynamically Generate Reports

I haven't really found an answer to this on the boards, so I will ask anyway. The Access DB I created needs to have a FORM which takes input on certain things like choice of language (english, french, german) and then builds an SQL statement based on that, to dynamically build a report. I have no idea if this can be done or where to start.

The Query By Form at
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/O...p#Hookom,Duane does
something very similar to what you are asking.
