Default Page Out Of Margin

I developed a user interface that allows a number of users
to print out reports.
The problem I'm having that some users don't have a
problem at all when they print out the reports and for
others the margins do not appear to be the same. A page in
a report that is printed out in one page with some users -
and it should- is printed out in 2 pages with other
users !! I want the page to be printed out in one page.

What can I do to solve this problem? Please advise.
Thanks

Tamer:

That is because the secondary user's printers don't support the minimum
margins you have set. Normally a margin of .25 on the top, left & right
with a .5 margin on the bottom covers most printers these days. Adjust your
report margins and the controls to larger margin settings as the default.
