Default Word 2002 won't work with embedded font ?

Hello! I am a programmer at an insurance company. I have a question...

Basically, we are trying to create a template that will work for everybody in the company. The Header will contain our company logo, and the name of the company in a specific font (GoudyTrajan). We have purchased this font. We want to embed the font to make the company name appear in this font. You might call this company stationery.

We embed it in Word 2000. On Word 2000 machines, it looks right.

However, on Word 2002 machines, this font does not appear. In fact, when I get properties of it, it says that the font is not installed, and the closest available font will be printed.

This should be seen as an embedded font, and show the font. This appears to be broken in Word 2002.

Any ideas? PLEASE let me know.

Thanks,

Wolfgang

P.S. Please email me if you respond to this. THANKS!!

Hi Wolfgang,

Select it, copy it and use Edit Paste Special to paste it in as a picture.
